I have been involved for more than 20 years in the field of product innovation and innovation processes.
As a newly qualified engineer, I started my career in 1994 in the USA working for an engineering firm specializing in technology transfer. This will be the starting point for 8 years of expatriation that will allow me to evolve in a multicultural environment.
Back in France I continue studying with the Master of Business Administration and decided to create my consulting firm in 2005 where I accompany companies in their themes of product development and innovation in the broad sense. Noting how successful the success of innovative projects lies in the quality of interactions between people, I am learning how to use the HBDI© model of brain preferences.
Curious by nature, I am constantly learning new approaches to innovation such as Lean Start-up, Design Thinking and Sprint that I implement with customers.
I am a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator.
